STEP 1: KICK-OFF
We start with the first impression evaluation. We’ll get all the information we need to hit the ground running — your budget, schedule, goals, and more.
STEP 2: SCHEMATIC DESIGN
After we’ve nailed the look and feel, you’ll receive a virtual presentation covering: programming review and floorplans, schematic mood boards, furniture layouts, and budget.
STEP 3: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once we have your signoff on the schematic design, we take your concept and make it real. We work on flooring, walls, ceilings, cabinets, countertops, appliances, decorative lighting, and design intent for furniture. We’ll present the work to you — virtually or in person — and cycle through feedback rounds as needed.
STEP 4: CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Our team will thoroughly document all finish selections so that the construction teams can execute them.
STEP 5: FURNITURE TIME!
We build out the personality of your space with furniture, artwork, window coverings, and more. You review and give feedback — we make edits as needed.
STEP 6: PROCUREMENT
Our fully in-house procurement team buys, tracks, and receives all of your products to make sure everything is in impeccable condition and ready for installation.
STEP 7: INSTALLATION
Our designers attend the installation to make sure everything is placed where it needs to be, rooms are accessorized and staged, and your new community is move-in ready for your residents.
