OUR DESIGN PROCESS
STEP 1: KICK-OFF
We’ll kick off the project to define your needs, budget, and timeline. Then, we’ll have an in-person site-walk to get to know you and your goals, fully understand the space, and document needs and opportunities for improvement.
STEP 2: DESIGN & FF&E SELECTION
We align space planning and FF&E with the agreed programming, supported by preliminary budget guidance based on layout and industry data, with Owner input incorporated. We then present final finish and furniture selections for approval, with timely communication helping to avoid re‑selections or added costs.
STEP 3: DOCUMENTATION
Once we have your signoff on the design, our team provides streamlined documents of all finish specifications with photography for the contractor to price and build.
STEP 4: PROCUREMENT
Time to buy, track, and receive all of your products, ensuring each product arrives undamaged and will be ready to install when the date comes.
STEP 5: INSTALLATION
Everything comes together in our final step! Our design team attends the installation to make sure all your furniture and accessories are properly placed - so your vision comes to life.
